Welcome to my humble website. On this site I would like to provide a place for other lure enthusiast to come to admire my collections and share information about other manufactures and collectors. I will try to keep this site simple and user friendly.
Here is a brief history about me and how I got interested in collecting lures. I am 54 year old and about 10 years ago I went to a small garage sale at the end of my street. There I met Joe Grohmann and after a short talk in the driveway, he took me into his house and into his lure room. Man my jaw must have dropped to the floor. I had never seen that many lures displayed anywhere, except maybe a sporting goods store. When I asked how to get started, he told me to buy Carl Luckey's Lure book and study. He and his wife Hazel suggested I join the National Fishing Lure Collectors Club (NFLCC). Which I did and the rest is history. I have met many wonderful people in the 10 years I have been in the club. I am just now getting comfortable with my little knowledge of lures, that I feel a small website to share with others would be a great step forward in the hobby. Currently my interests are Bomber Lures, Hi-yo lures, Heddon Deep 6, Baby and Tiny Torpedoes. I someday soon will start a collection of Creek Chub lures, I just haven't decided which lure that will be. I hope you enjoy this site and its few pages.
